Long weekend photo retreat in Anilao Philippines

20160403_095550My Qingmingjie long weekend break in China I have spent in Anilao for a photo shooting trip marks my second visit to this underwater life macro photography pearl in the Philippines.

I had exactly in mind what I was after in this photo adventure, sea life behavior with eggs, eggs and eggs, clean stations action and hopefully some deep pygmy seahorses and decent photos of blue ringed octopus etc. It turned out better than I expected with my highlight being a beautiful leaf scorpion-fish that reminds me of a Roman gladiator and lots of breading action. Below is a small abstract of a few shots I have taken in these waters in the two days shooting.

Tim is a source of inspiration and a great entertainer; I arrived there expecting to be just a customer and end-up spending a great time with good friends who share the same passion. Thanks guys see you next time !
